Tier 1: Mobile Pre-Purchase
Salvage yard pre-purchase report (BMS records) and visual condition inspection. Important information to understand when buying a battery included in the assessment report:
- State of Charge
- State of Health
- Cell minimum & maximum chagre
- dead cells or modules
- amount of power the battery has been charged and discharged with
- estimated kilometers travelled
Tier 2: Functionally Testing
Charging / Load cycle
We transport the battery to our lab and under controlled conditions test the batteries functionally and performance. The functionally test ensures that the battery will charge and discharged. It also ensures that voltage levels of the pack are within tolerance and that there is not defects with the pack.
Tier 3: Miscellaneous
